Candescent being on the ground floor and over one level, provides step free access and spaces, making it ideal for families with small children and guests with limited mobility.
The property features a spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed, ample clothing storage, a TV, and an ensuite, as well as a twin room with two single beds and additional clothes storage. Egyptian cotton linens and soft, fluffy towels are also provided. The open-plan lounge and dining area provides plenty of seating for relaxation, along with a large smart TV. This space extends out onto a private patio garden featuring outdoor furniture and a BBQ to make the most of those warm Summer evenings. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, family-sized fridge freezer, and a wine cooler to meet all your culinary needs. The family bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and a bath/shower combination. For added convenience, there is secure underground parking for one car (list access available to the apartment), with additional unrestricted parking available on the surrounding roads for a second vehicle. For families, a travel cot, highchair, and children's cutlery are also provided.
